Terms and conditions of sale

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Vizi-Workwear terms and conditions

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have any complaints about our service or any goods or services you purchase from us please contact us via our contact form. 

Purchasing from us

To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom or Southern Ireland. Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our systems by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automatically via the site, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.

Prices are checked regularly but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted and subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all items (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt. Prices shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Delivery

We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours Monday – Friday.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery, you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Orders under £12.50 normally incur a £3.95 delivery. Please note this charge may not always appear on your confirmation, but will be on your invoice shipped with the goods.

Next day delivery is for the next working day ie. Monday for Tuesday – Friday for Monday orders placed before 1.30pm please check for availability.

In the unlikely event of experiencing any issues please contact us as soon as possible.

Bespoke items

Some items are available to order in bespoke logos these items are non-returnable and any orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled. Bespoke items from Vizi-Workwear are specially made for you and could take between 4-8 weeks.

Any items that have been altered to your requirements e.g. personalising with embroidery are bespoke items and are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Non-bespoke items are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect or where permission has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. A £5.95 carriage charge is applied to all returns.

Unfortunately any first layer items are not returnable if opened for hygiene reasons and none other.

Please return a copy of the original invoice and the completed Returns Form. You must return the goods to us at your cost and with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. 

General information

A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. 

You must return the goods to us at your cost and with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. 

If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Shipping will not be refunded and where shipping was free on a delivery a charge will be made because shipping is included in the original price.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice and return the goods within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us. Alternatively you can call us on: 07535 650174 or email info@vizi-workwear.com.

We will on occasion send you a promotional email, if you do not wish to receive any further emails please just use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us and let us know.
