Returns Policy

We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery, as long as the product is undamaged and unworn with original packaging with tags. Please complete the returns form including in your order and return to the following address:

Damaged or defective goods

We supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. This does not include wear and tear or inappropriate use of products. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at your cost. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Shortages

All deliveries must be checked when received and any shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
